Elisa is back from a research trip in the hills of Italy and will be creating a vivid, evocative meal of several courses, both plated and family-style, bringing together 30 guests and some of her latest creations which focus on "the trees". She combines classic Italian fare from her family's native region of Garfagnana Toscana with reactivations of Ancient Roman recipes to create dynamic and joyful dinners.
